Since 2017, I have been building my life and work with that same intentionality: choosing clarity over performance, structure over chaos, and truth over patterns that no longer fit.

That grounded approach is what I now bring to the women I support.

Because sometimes what feels like a breaking point is really a point of orientation. It is the moment you stop asking, “What can I keep carrying?” and start asking, “What is no longer allowed to lead me?”
